Terms and Conditions

Effective date: June 5, 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading or using Roxi, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.

2. Description of service

Roxi is a personal reminder and tracking tool for medicines, OTC products, vitamins, and supplements. You enter your own details and schedules, and Roxi helps you remember and keep a record of doses. Roxi is a reminder and tracking tool only.

3. Paid app / one-time purchase

Roxi is a paid app. Your purchase is a one-time purchase made through the Apple App Store. Pricing, payment, billing, and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s terms — we don’t process payments and can’t issue refunds directly.

4. No medical advice

Roxi does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always follow the instructions of your doctor, pharmacist, or other healthcare provider. If you think you have a medical emergency, contact your healthcare provider or local emergency services.

5. User responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of everything you enter, including medication names, dosages, instructions, schedules, and reminder times. Roxi simply reminds you based on what you enter — it does not verify whether your entries are correct or safe.

6. Notifications and reminder limitations

Reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device. They may be delayed, blocked, missed, or not delivered for reasons outside our control, including device settings, operating system behavior, low-power or battery-saver modes, notification permissions, time zone changes, restarting or powering off your device, or platform limits on the number of scheduled notifications. Don’t rely on Roxi as your only method of remembering to take medication.

7. Local data and device responsibility

Your data is stored only on your device. Roxi has no cloud backup or sync, so your data is not backed up by us. You are responsible for preserving your own data. If you delete the app, reset local data, lose your device, or your device fails, that information may be permanently lost.

8. Acceptable use

Use Roxi only for your own lawful, personal medication and supplement tracking. Don’t misuse the app, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use it in any unlawful way.

9. Intellectual property

Roxi, including its name, design, and software, is owned by [INSERT DEVELOPER/PUBLISHER NAME] and is protected by applicable laws. These Terms don’t grant you any ownership rights in the app.

10. App Store terms

Your use of Roxi is also subject to the Apple App Store terms of service. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. The Apple-required end-user license terms (Apple’s standard EULA) also apply.

11. Disclaimers

Roxi is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We don’t warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that reminders will always be delivered on time.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any missed doses, incorrect entries, or reliance on reminders, arising from your use of Roxi.

13. Changes to the app or terms

We may update Roxi or these Terms from time to time. If we change these Terms, we’ll update the effective date above. Continuing to use the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
