Privacy Policy

Effective date: June 5, 2026

Overview

Roxi is a reminder and tracking app for medicines, OTC products, vitamins, and supplements. Roxi is designed to work on your device. The information you enter about your medications stays on your device and is not sent to us or to any third party. We don’t have user accounts, and you don’t need to sign up to use Roxi.

Information you enter

You can add details such as a medication’s name, type, amount/dosage, form, instructions, schedule, and reminder times. You can also mark doses as taken, skipped, or missed. You choose what to enter — Roxi doesn’t require any specific information.

How information is stored

Everything you enter is stored locally on your device using on-device storage (a local database). A single setting that records whether you’ve finished the intro screens is also stored locally. We don’t operate servers that receive your medication information, and Roxi does not transmit your medication details off your device.

Notifications

If you allow notifications, Roxi schedules local reminders on your device for the times you set. These reminders are generated on your device by the operating system — they are not sent through our servers. You can turn notifications on or off at any time in your device settings.

Data sharing

We don’t sell, rent, or share your information, because your medication information stays on your device and we don’t receive it.

Analytics and third-party services

Roxi does not include analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting services, and does not track you across apps or websites. Roxi is built with the Expo/React Native framework; the app runs on your device and does not send your medication information to the framework provider or anyone else. (Note: app downloads, purchases, and any diagnostics you opt into are handled by Apple through the App Store — see Apple’s privacy policy.)

Data retention and deletion

Your information stays on your device until you delete it. You can erase everything at any time using Settings → Reset local data, which permanently deletes your medications, schedules, dose history, and reminders from the device. Deleting the app from your device also removes its data.

Children’s privacy

Roxi is not directed to children. It is intended for general audiences managing their own or a household’s medications and supplements.

International users

Because Roxi stores your information locally on your device, your information is not transferred to or processed on our servers in any country.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the effective date above and post the new version.
